Your booking is confirmed when we have received a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your the payment has be completed. The balance payment for your booking will be four (7) weeks prior to your arrival date.

That depends on the property availability. If the date that you are asking to change is available we would be glad to help. Please contact us the soonest you know your new dates.

The 30% booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation prior to 7 (seven) weeks results in loss of booking deposit. Non show on arrival date 100% of balance lost. Once reservations have been confirmed the total costs of bookings are committed to the rental. Refunds are only available if the property is determined by the owners/managing agents to be un-rentable due to some unforeseen circumstances.

You can pay via Bank Transfer or with Credit Card, depends on the property.
